Research Scientist
Anne joined PolyGene in 2009 and works as project manager on gene targeting projects. She is part of the CarTarDis consortium, where she is involved in the generation of improved mouse models for cardiovascular diseases and the development of novel technology to modulate gene expression.
She came to us from the University of Würzburg, where she made her diploma in cell biology, biochemistry and microbiology. For her diploma thesis (on the assembly of nuclear pore complexes) she worked at the Theodor Boveri Institute of Biosciences at the department of electron microscopy, and gathered industry experience at Profos AG in Regensburg.
In her free time she likes to spend time in and on water, swimming and sailing.
